Major differences between manga and anime: At the start, when Club is fighting a random man, he promises to set him free if he manages to lay a single finger on him. The man succeeds, but Club murders him anyway. When Kenshiro sentences Club with his technique at the end, he promises to undo it if he answers his questions. In fear, Club answers all the questions, but Kenshiro lets him die anyway, claiming that Club has never kept any promise nor spared any life, so he deserves the same treatment.
