As far as I know so far nobody could prove a correlation between the symptoms and the alledged cause. I remember how in Germany there was a new cell tower put up and immediately a couple people living nearby complained about headaches and their sensitivites. But the tower wasn't yet connected, powered or switched on. I mean, if this sensitivity would be real, it would be very easy to prove it? Just give a patient a couple cardboard boxes or whatever, and in each is a cellphone but only one is switched on. Shouldn't they be able to always find the one that is switched on? Why is none of the patients able to do that? If something makes you suffer, why can't you tell if it is right now switched on or not?

Dr. Lynch, I have the MTHR gene mutation and at age 16 they removed my thyroid gland because of a goiter. My T4 and T3 are reading normal in lab test. But my TSH is at 25.355. Normal they are saying is 0.550-4.780. What is wrong? I feel fine, a little stressed over the TSH. Please help me.

Blocko.blockonblockonblock Sorry you have to spend 40 thousand dollars on being a med student. There is evidence that the whole medical field and health care system is already dying. Almost 50% of doctors and nurses regret their choice of career. Don't believe me look it up. Sounds like your angry. We weren't born with a pill in our mouths. Accept reality for what it is.

My son n his twin in this pic do not have MTHFR but grandma does but he had a bizarre response to silly gas during a tongue tie. Shortly after there was terrifying neuro issues occurred . Twice since he said it felt ballon pop in brain n warm water n pain. Never before did he say this at age 7! During tongue tie his dentists assistant remarked how she lost her son recently. He was only supposed to be under 15-20 min. It was 55min i timed it. Same speech issues and I was trying to help remove sleep issues. Neuro knows what to do with this. HELP?

I have OCD. I read I should take 2400mg NAC /day. But it takes 10 weeks to work. What is the reason why NAC works just after 10 weeks useage? I began it, but I think I will take glutathion after watching this video. Thank you.

People don't realize that they have to be off all antihistamines if they want to proper histamine level to come back they tested my urine dry and cold my histamine was Triple what it should be. These doctors go by tryptase and those tests are not and should not be used to determine high histamine also histamine serum in the blood should be tested. Thank you Dr Lynch your saving us!

@Dr.Ben I am COMPOUND HETEROZYGOTE for the C677T and A1298C alleles in the MTHFR gene. (hyperhomocysteinemia) Does this mean one from mom and one from dad? I take a methylated B vitamin complex. But have recently discovered some info on the FUT2 gene and am wondering if i have an issue with this. (SIBO /no gallbladder). Any thoughts on this???

hello, perhaps it would be a good idea to throw in some L-citrulline and add AKG in form of AAKG to your Histamine Block + formula. It will help tremendously to remove the toxic NH4+ and peroxide through supporting SOD. It would enhance greatly the effect and lessen stress load on body. Many ppl with HIT and MCAS have elevated blood pH (marginal alkalosis), so removing ammonia is of a great benefit. Also, glutathione synthesis can be increased by supplementing with glutamine, NAC and glycine. (Some people with overactive brain may be sensitive to glutamine, due to its conversion to glutamic acids and glutamates, which are of highly stimulating nature in the brain. In that case, take some GABA as well to balance out the glutamates and calm your brain down, especially b4 sleep)/ BTW awesome video and products.

I've had a bad time with handling stressors. I think caffeine/coffee makes this so much worse. I know this is an old video but I am hoping you read this. I listened to/watched your video "Histamine Intolerance Support: What to Use" In that video you mentioned you were getting nose bleeds as one of your symptoms when you were dealing with histamine intolerance. I'm dealing with them too and I have so many other symptoms as well as the adrenal issues, that match up with histamine intolerance being the problem. What's the connection between nose bleeds and histamine intolerance?

I’m definitely not an athlete but I take quite a lot of G everyday in a natural smoothy ie broccoli, asparagus, cabbage, and fruits. Could that trigger chills and reduce fever if I got an infection - I’ve been having quite a lot of night sweats, a lot of liquid going through me and sever weakness fatigue and chest pains. Been quite unwell last few days and wondering if I should visit emergency dep. but not quite that bad.

Curious how you think your neurotransmitters got built up that you needed the Lithium Orotate? Would be helpful to understand how someone knowledgeable as yourself got in that situation. Was it some foods you ate you shouldn't have? Just way too many stress things hit all at once and made you go in overdrive? How frequent is too frequent usage of Lithium Orotate? Thank you!❤
