These are blueprints that can you use as desired in your camp. There is not really an exact use for each one, some of them have obvious potential uses like the stairs and walls, but the rest are really up to your imagination. It's just a way to bend the building rules of the game a little bit so that everything doesn't have to snap together to be used.
