depends which one, i believe individual counsling is not as effective as it is usually portraid, but I am a firm believer in conditioning/exposure therapy. Try out these exercises!

That is not true, Sir. There is nothing to worry if you are careful with your possessions. In every country there are people and situations one need to be exra cautious. It is not fair to say of any country that it is unsafe to travel to a particular country. I have been to Egypt almost 16 times as a tourist on short term visit, and I have so far never experienced any unpleasant incidents.

I would have loved to have been there waiting to get my hair cut, and watching him while he was getting his cut off that short, then when I'm next in the chair, I would have him give me a very nice and very very short haircut like that, and be enjoying every moment of it while he was cutting my hair that short.
