Menards carries a few different ones, I think this was actually a mix of the black blast from tech mix and some multi purpose utility sand. not to mention any garbage that I swept off the concrete that made it through my screed. :)

It actually did improve the reception quite a bit. It would pick up more channels and the channels the previous one picked up that were weak had a better signal strength.

Do you ever trip your circuit breakers? It seems 4 burners going past 400 degrees in a big oven would draw a lot of amps. By the way awesome build, thank you for taking the time to make your videos.

Is that a 1/4" hose? If so you are only blasting at around 2-4 cfm. You need at-least 12 to blast, 200 cfm you would be rocking....
@jrsprojects7862 ай бұрын
I know. I'm not 100% sure where the perfect cfm is on this. I've tried using an industrial blaster, it works, but it's pretty aggressive and you have to keep moving.
@ghffrsfygdhfjkjiysdz2 ай бұрын
@@jrsprojects786 Jet size + PSI setting determines your cfm, which in turn determines speed. By choosing less aggressive media, high flow rate and low psi you can be gentle but work fast.

There are other additional tricks. Get a long pressure treated 2x4, depending on the length of your deck and do a V-brace across the joists starting from the house opening the V put. Also, bracing your post 1/3 the height of the post would have added a lot more stability. At the end, if an elephant walks thro tour deck, all bets might be off (😅).

Should I use a double flare for gas connections?
@jrsprojects7862 ай бұрын
Depends on the Pressure but more than likely a single flare would probably work, but to play it safe if in doubt use a double. That said I used to do single flares on my brakes when I was a kid because I didn't know any better, and they held. but Double if any doubt.

When you drove the new bearings in with the socket and hammer, did you put any grease on the outside of bearings before hand to make them go in easier? Or do you put them in dry?

What’s up brother I got me a 74 squarebody and the same thing happened to me but when I tried to tighten the bolts back up with the shims I had marked them like you did here 5:02 and the rear passenger bolt had moved as I tightened it , you think it’s the lock nut that needs replacement?

Do you have a video from making the trashcan one you used previously? I don't need one as big as your upgrade.
@jrsprojects7866 ай бұрын
I do not. It did use the same motor, pump and agitators, The Hole was in the bottom instead of the side but everything else was the same. I used Bulk Head fitting for the pipes to go through the bottom and sides of the garbage can. The entire thing was actually build on top of an old Corn hole board. the garbage can was raised about 8 inches up on a small platform that I built and was held down by ratchet straps.
