That is surprising to hear this about Eric Singer. I was never as excited about him though know he is a great drummer. I never imagined him being that way. I love Peter and Ace as fans of KISS but would expect them to be that way moreso.

Some rock guys are very good to their fans. Alice Cooper, Dee Snider, Ronnie Dio treated his fans like gold, there are musicians who smartly know where their bread is buttered.

Heard Eric Carr was a good guy who always made time for his fans, Bruce is good people too

Paul's solo album is for me 1️⃣. The best. The most rocking🎶 of the 4. His vocal dominance🎤is rock AND emotional closeness. I agree "Hold, Me, Touch Me" may be too romantic for a rock-singer. But the atypical melancholy of "Ain't Quite Right" has unique timeless class and beauty🌹 Paul and Bob Kulick🎸are amazing. I love all songs. They are all authentic Paul/KISS 💋. Only two songs are co-written. Ace's (Eddie Kramer's) commercial cover "New York Groove" was a mistake. The original by the band HELLO is much much better. That's why Ace is #2. His biggest hit is not authentic. And Ace, sorry, doesn't rock vocally.

What's annoying on Circle Of Snakes is the guitar playing of Tommy Victor and the to metalish sound of the production. Death Red Sabaoth is much better, in my opinion, even it has some of the elements like COS. The first four albums are really good and had great players, like Chuck Biscuits, and also a well rounded sound.

I would have put in Gram Parsons the Godfather of southern rock.

I loved this entire album i think the main issue some people have is that it isnt metal, and im glad it isnt because it is way less predictable and gives space for songs that woudnt work otherwise on a heavier style.

Good video (and unfortunately true). I was at that Chiller Expo too and the Ace "drama" was ridiculous. We waited outside in line for six hours. People started getting angry over the un-organization and confusion of what was going on. "Ace lost the key to the room", "Ace might be leaving early" (after showing up an hour and a half late).. By the time I finally got to him, he was cranky and tired. I had only one item with me that needed his signature (to complete the original four), so in a strange sense it was worth it. But after that experience, I made the decision to finally be done with him. His recent albums aren't that great and his guitar playing skills have diminished too. I met him many times from the early to mid 90's and he was cool and somewhat sociable. But in recent years of meeting him, he just appears to be miserable, bitter and out of it. He's always very late too. At least Peter is very happy, social and upbeat when you meet him. Gene and Paul have always been cool to meet too. The young lady in the video was correct...."enable". I'm glad I found your video.

Sorry to hear about your bad experiences. I've been lucky to have met a lot of cool famous Rockers. I met Gene when I was 15 and he was a jerk to my little brother who was so excited he didn't notice. There was a nice very cool follow up to the story but my little met Ace a few years later while roading for a band and hung out with him, came saying how cool he was. I Saw him last year before the show and he was cool but I did hear him tell one of his guitarists heading for the stage, Ok let's get this over with..lol I took it as him being a cranky old man..lol

Glad I met the original guys before you had to pay for autographs!! Met G & P backstage before a show. Met Ace at a record store signing. Met Pete at a club. Got MANY autographs free aside from the club and concert admission!

it's outrageous this guy played almost all of their best songs and he gets almost erased from misfit history. static age is essentially a greatest hits compilation- the songs are that good and each one is better than the last- and the guy people most associate with misfits guitarists is jerry's moody brother.

I used to be a die hard kiss fan. They are about as cool as Walmart these days. I stepped off after the box set. Just can’t do it anymore. Ever since the music industry collapsed. Bands instead of being grateful for their fans . They are like fuck em let’s milk em for all they are worth. 75 bucks for tshirts .

I am not a record collector, but recently have picked up a few records that are anniversary releases from some of my all time favorite bands. The music and these records mean a lot to me and I want to make sure I take care of them the best I can. I had just received a pack of 50 of the MoFi inner sleeves, which I ordered because so many people say they are the best. I have not yet placed my records into the sleeves and came across this video on KZbin and have now ordered the MA Recordings inner sleeves to use instead of the MoFi sleeves. Thanks for sharing your experience.
