Selling our house and stuff, going back to school etc. We are on course to start next year. Many of the video's I have watched are from pre covid and pre inflation. I am curious how things are today with airbnb prices increasing significantly. Seems you stopped making videos 2 years ago.

A major mistake Instructors make is that students enrol to actually watch the lectures. They don’t. About 85% never watch anything . About 5% fast forward to get the completion Certificate. The remainder watch about 2 minutes each week. Therefore: forget content. Get a photogenic, animated presenter; use AI or Wikipedia or just make it up for script. Then you have a course! Look at courses with 15,000 enrolments but Q/A is empty. No-one is engaged!
