I clean carpets myself, and this is not a bad job it looks bad, but the soot or dirt that is on the carpet is not set in and is only surface make it easy to clean. Now if they really wanted to show off what they could do they should have used a carpet that had heavy wear patterns and pet stains

I need you and my money back from Stanley Steemer. My carpet wasn't even this dirty yet it's still dirty after Stanley Steemer and a basic service. I will not use them a second time but will definitely try someone else before SS. So disappointed and fooled by their name recognition.
