My hair reduced falling after I did a few things. I used natural hair masks like avocado and yogurt. I avoided brushing my hair when it was wet to prevent it from breakage. Once a week, I massaged my scalp with hair oil. I cleansed my hair once or twice a week with liiitleextraa cocoonnnion shampoo.

This is SOOOOOOOOOO true. Especially for us fine hair girlies, a wash-n-go CAUSES problems, and we can moisturize each night and last 2 weeks, instead of trying desperately to keep something that only lasts a few days.

My hair regimen is very simple. I wash my hair every two weeks. I put it up in a protective style. Lately it’s been stretched styles. I oil my hair every couple days. And that’s pretty much it. I rinse and repeat. lol and thank you 😊
