wow, they look happy and healthy! I have 3 goldfish in a 3000 liters pond and they live with a red belly paccu. Someone will say that they will get eaten but now they're 10cm long and my red belly pacu is 33cm long, and thepacu will probably reach 50cm and the goldfish 20-30cm, so, if they didn't get eaten now, it will never happen. Aniway, they always follows the pacu and the pacu always follows them, and they even sleep in the same side of the pond, and they live together already from 2 weeks, so I would say they're best friends, and then my red belly pacu has a friendly personality because one time he was in an acquarium with guppies (he was 30cm long) and he never ate them, and one time became friend with 2 small gouramis like he djd with the goldfish, and when they died, he didn't eat even their bodies, thing that with other dead fish, he does instantly. He's a very friendly and lovely fish

@@XENONSTORM I'm sorry, but they looked like 1-2 years old in this video, and it was 9 years ago, so, if they died recently it's good because the lifespan of a goldfish is usually about 10-15 years

It's funny how when the golden one is in the minority, how much its beauty just shines. Had it been in a tank with other gold/orangey ones, we would say how pretty the lone Sarasa is.

Lovely fish! I've just bought a four foot tank for my Goldfish, they were in a slightly smaller one... I Love Goldfish they don't seem to be recognised in the hobby, most people seem to think of them as cheap feeder fish and that's a shame.. mine are really friendly and it's great watching them as they all have different personalities , they make lovely pets if looked after properly and given plenty of room.. You have done a great job with yours! 👍

M E L L L For one certainly, maybe two. Keep in mind that goldfish can grow a lot. Although they tend to stay small in smaller tanks
@luckydot39266 жыл бұрын
Ilias Vanhove yes, Like you said, 1-2 is alright, though I also don’t want to be of your judgement cause you Really Can’t Teust Many Goldfish Gallon Geeks On the Internet, Many will Say 75 Gallon for one is the bare minimum, so like I said, Just use your Own Rule Of thumb, Does the fish have Room for Growth? Lots of space but only necessary Space, Dont overkill, Do you have Good Filter And water maintenance? And finally A good Diet? Not just fish flakes, but brineshrimp occasionally? Peas once a week or Month? Pellets for good nutrition? Blood worms are sometimes thrown In?

I have 3 comets and 2 golden apple snails. I've had them a year and noticed the last month my biggest looks like it is trying to jump out the water. is it playing or is something wrong? tank is a 40L
@MDM6-148 жыл бұрын
usually they try to jump out because the water is bad with ammonia and they are trying to get out of the tank , and the tank is too small for 3 comments , they grow up to 22' but average is 14' so they will need more room
@rivernolan53368 жыл бұрын

I have a male Comet Goldfish named Dash. He is a quick swimmer and the easiest starter fish. He is a very hardy goldfish and is a total clown. He is a great companion for some of my other cold water species. Dash produces a massive amount of waste and I have to do a 25% water change on the whole tank once a week. He is an absolute poop machine and I must use strong filtration. Once he suffered from parasites and another time he got swim bladder disease, but he has recovered from both. Dash is a fancier variety than the regular Common Goldfish, as he is a Comet. Goldfish come in many different varieties. Dash has a forked tail. All Goldfish varieties have different body types. Dash is a fast swimmer and has a torpedo body shape.

@zezekingyo23745 жыл бұрын
@@happytroll2477 keeping your comets for piranhas?? That doesn't sound like a fair treatment, but except you want your piranhas to eat the comets. Maybe be wise that comets are less nutritious and are bad for predatory fish
