Comet Goldfish 2

Lovely fish! I've just bought a four foot tank for my Goldfish, they were in a slightly smaller one... I Love Goldfish they don't seem to be recognised in the hobby, most people seem to think of them as cheap feeder fish and that's a shame.. mine are really friendly and it's great watching them as they all have different personalities , they make lovely pets if looked after properly and given plenty of room.. You have done a great job with yours! 👍

It's funny how when the golden one is in the minority, how much its beauty just shines. Had it been in a tank with other gold/orangey ones, we would say how pretty the lone Sarasa is.

Also, why does the sarasa comet have longer fins than the large white one, aren't they both comets? Does there just happen to be variation of tail size regardless i they are both comets?

very nice. wish i could have a tank that size. how big are their bodies not including the tails, 10 inches?

Hi. Thanks for the view.. That was 2 years ago.. Their bodies without tails were only about 4 to 5inches.. Now about 7. But I no longer have them. They are living in a large pond with koi 👍

AJ15 Do what everyone else does.. buy young ones and look after them, buying old established fish stresses them out imo. and more likely to get ill.

AJ15 they got 8 inches goldfish online at livefeederfish . Com website. Ten of these fish are over a hundred bucks.

Gage Doomfield lol, what your seeing is just under half of the tank length.. They all congregate here because thats where they get feed and spend most of the day.. Thanks for your concern...
