So many things about you & this video the instructions I’ve only made it through the instructions and I already feel so much better just literally sitting up straight. There’s so much validation here. I feel like if the universe had a mom voice. This is what it sounds like to me in the moment and that’s really healing. My mom wounds. So thank you. I love the permission l you have the reminder that it’s no contest, it’s no contest. I just really feel like I needed to hear that right now. Anyway, now I’m writing too much was able to release physically and emotionally. I needed it❤ then an extra loving surprise because it was delivered by your personality. You’re a wonderful instructor. Thank you universe ♥️ Anna from the Bay Area

Can you please enable ClosedCaptioning for this. The gesture is very nice, but I cannot understand the directions due to hearing limitations.

Dear Lynn, Thank you so much for contacting me. I am so sorry that I cannot enable closed captioning for my videos, even though my heart would love to do this service. The videos were made some years ago, before such services were available. It is quite a process to apply the captions, and I am no longer able to do that work. I suggest you you watch carefully and imitate the movements. You can do the movements in a mirror image. Whenever my hands are moving toward the right side of the screen, your hands should also move to your right. Same with the feet. In this way, I hope you will be able to do the movements by carefully paying attention to each of my body movements. I highly recommend that you start with the seated movements, which begin around 1:17: 00 on the video. Learning these first will give you a much better foundation for doing the walking movements. That's how I always taught it in class. Doing the seated movements gives the body quite a good workout. I wish you the best for a healthy life! Anna York

Kudos for the Video! Forgive me for the intrusion, I would appreciate your opinion. Have you researched - Xeyack Qenaleb Bulldozer (do a google search)? It is an awesome one of a kind product for discovering unbelievable techniques to build your Chi energy minus the hard work. Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my buddy got great success with it.

So simple, yet so effective! Thanks for sharing, and especially for sharing the benefits of doing the exercise, with the caution of moving within your own comfort zone and ability.

This is walking? She's not getting anywhere. :D It helped me to mute the mind numbing directions and put the speed up to 2. This also shows the leg movements need to be more smooth, especially the right leg. Otherwise it reminded me of a few Tai Chi lessons I had once, which 6 months later came in VERY HANDY, as in live saving handy.

Very needed people who have limited mobility tai chi and chi qigong, Have taught people in wheelchairs, this is a very good DVD. Tai chi is the number way to prevent falls in older people. People who have had strokes ect... once the basics are learned it con be done in front of a mirror, to help the mind connect with a body. Then u can go into using small weights 1/2 lbs to up to 2 for most people. Up to 5 lbs for body builders. The slower the movement the better SLOW IT DOWN, do not rush it. As u get better u can do it slower and more fluid... Experts can do it painfully slow...
