Thank You! I found it tricky to sit straight during the butterfly position as my arms and torso are different proportions, but it was good anyhow and something for me to work on. I really liked the reminder in each transition to open the chest and shoulders back. I really enjoy receiving this yoga teaching myself. For me, what was present is working on Apana Vayu and targeting the stomach, and digestive area, to clear those channels and bring circulation to the areas and promote the elimination of toxins from the body, it seems like a traditional approach with many benefits. Om Shanti :) If there is more information about the postures and breathing chosen for this practice I would like to learn more. Thank You :)
