I'm a little disappointed I missed out on this year's and have to wait a whole 12 months until the next one but at least I have a whole year to plan everything out and get sewing my own dress!

I live half an hour north of bath. The weird thing is there isnt a bath , bristol /south glos austin club or fan group, to meet other local fans and go to these events with. Its odd considering we are on her doorstep!

What a beautiful collection. I have the Vintage Classics collection. I have also have Agnes Grey and The Tenant of Wildfell Hall. And I have a few of their special Virginia Woolf's too. Do you like the Penguin English Library editions? I collect those, I can't afford the clothbound. Though I do get the little ones from Penguin. I have fallen in love with Penguin in the last few years.

Thank you, I enjoyed this very much. When I went to Bath I took a bus tour of the area, so I didn't have to suffer parking. Sounds like its like here in San Diego during Comic Con. We take the trolley you can't afford to park in the entire downtown area.

You can see my back in some of the footage you took at the picnic in Sydney gardens.😂 We were staying in the house to the left and above the “Bridgerton ” Abbey Deli, so we often had people photographing us as we left the house. Such an odd experience!😅 Glad you had such a good time. The Festival is full of such lovely people, and it feels magical wondering around Bath and meeting so many kindred spirits.😊 It used to be so easy to get tickets, even without being a festival friend. But now you have to book the moment the festival friend tickets go live if you want to get all the tickets you want! It’s crazy!

Izzy, this is a really cool idea. My name is Amanda Fagan. I’m a huge nerd and Jane Austen fan. I decided to read all six of Jane's books this last summer. I just absolutely love the characters. I decided to write a song about a character from each novel, turning it into a six-song EP album. I wanted to give it a twist. I decided to only use instruments that existed during the Regency Era. I called the album "Love, Jane." I didn't shoot for a genre, but my mom said that it seems like a mix between classical music and pop! I have actually been invited to perform at Chawton House on Jane Austen’s birthday this December! I don’t have the money to fly to the UK, but will be performing on Zoom. I’m so excited! In the meantime, I'm reaching out to Jane Austen fans one-at-a-time, trying to get some attention for the album. Yeah, I'm broke from paying to have it produced, so I'm basically knocking on doors, shaking people by their shoulders, saying, "Hey, can you listen to my album!" Ha, ha. Love Jane Austen she was one of the first authors I read and what got me into reading. Thank you for sharing such a lovely collection. I also love looking for the continuation stories to her novels too to see how they have been interpreted.
