Love yr channel. I am a self-confessed book junkie. And movie junkie. I am a big Anglophile like my Mother. It would be a dream come true to visit UK one day (but not for just ONE DAY) lol. As a goodbye to summer,(where I live it is already autumn) I am currently reading "Our Italian Summer" by Jennifer Probst, three generations of women (granddaughter, daughter and grandmother) decide to spend their summer holidays in the grandmother's homeland. And they discover things that give them a new way of understanding each other and themselves ❤ xx

Yes, please check out the podcast I have the most wonderful guests/friends who join me and it’s great to chat about the novels we love so much. As for the Jane Austen editions on the cart. They are actually part of a subscription called timeless classics, it is currently in the U.K. but I believe is traveling all over the world, they have a website so it’s worth checking out :)

I’ve just realised they aren’t the timeless classics ones on my cart haha (I mix them up so much I forget what’s on there) the Brontë ones are leather and are from a collection that was designed for WHSmith in the 80s and the Austen’s under that are Zodiac Press editions from the 50s, I got all in second hand book shops. The bright blue sense and Sensibility is part of a new collection by Oxford university press :)

I thought I recognised the flour, adding sun dried tomatoes seems to work with gluten free bread making for me so far, I am still on the learning the learning curve as far as gluten free bread is concerned but in relation to more commercial alternatives, you have that little bit more to spend on something more extravagant.

Oh this is a great tip and one I will try out thank you! It is always good to hear from others who use Free From products because it really is often a road of trial and error.

@@Izzymeakin that is so true, I am not coeliac but many in my family are so trying not to get to the stage which really inhibits your life and feeling so much better for it, the flour mixes are getting much better for bread mixes and really enjoying trying to perfect the art of bread making.

@@modelnaturephotography this is so wonderful! Yes and just so you know I made some more nettle bread and I made it as a large loaf as opposed to the small buns and it was a much better consistency when cooked 👍
