How do they handle? How do they compare in weight? Does their weight make a difference in how they shoot? Which action is faster and more smooth? What about round pickup from the magazine? Which one would you rather carry in the field or shoot from the bench? So many more questions left unanswered. Almost, every gun manufacturer makes a 1 moa rifle nowadays.

Don’t feel bad about struggling on assembly. I just bought one and the guy at the gun counter at sportsman’s struggled to assemble an m3000.

I have the Ruger and out of the box shot 1/2 moa! I put it in a MDT chassis and it’s a one hole shooter! Love it

Try it on sandbags. Its a light gun designed for carry and walking. The Ruger with a bipod has some issues with the barrel and stock movement. its just not a good bipod gun. But, an excellent gun for walking (lightweight) and shooting upright (accuracy).

There's nothing wrong with washing your raw meat, as long as you clean whatever you use after

@@cameronhukari299Once running water hits raw chicken, potentially harmful bacteria is spread across the sink area and counter. Your chicken is no cleaner than it was before, and your sink and counters are covered in chicken bacteria.

They say both of the guns are 7 mm Remington Magnum noticed the action on the Thompson Center compared to the Savage. Plus Thompson Center the biggest caliber they made for their Predator models which was fully camouflage with their own scope on it camouflaged the biggest caliber was 308 all of their Predator models was short actions not 7 mm Remington Magnum which is a long action like a 270 or 30 ought 6 pay close attention to the actions on the guns

J.s I own both savage and ruger . My savage axis2 25-06 will stack 5 rounds at 200 yards . My ruger predator 6.5 will also stack 5 rds at 200 yrds. Both like there certain ammunition or nither hold a good group. I will agree the savage has a much smoother bolt thought . Triggers are comparable with the ruger being a tad heavier..that can be fixed for 0$ though.

Please, please get her at least a few lessons with a qualified shotgun instructor. Proper gun fit and mount are everything. She will enjoy shooting so much more, be more accurate and safer.

I've owned both. Imho, the Smith outperforms the Khar in price and ergos... But, for an even better price and ergos, my PPS M2 is the better pistol... 🖒😎

I was rooting for the Savage-- because I own one... For $350, I got a .30-06 Axis II with an entry-level Weaver, rings, accutrigger, and sling studs... and 1 moa @ a hundred... Ruger's great-- nothing wrong with their firearms. I own some. But, for the money and performance, I'm a huge Savage fan now... Looking forward to seeing what my AXIS will do with a better scope and mount...🖒😎
