Love your videos Alex. Just wanted to share something. Its my understang that aluminum leeches into food when you cook with it, no matter what form you use. Whether it be foil or cookware. Love your diet and IF. I feel amazing when I do IF. You and amanda are cute. Thanks for sharing a peek into your world.
@eye_cough19 күн бұрын
Thank you so much for the kind words! Yes I am aware of this leaching and I try not to let the foil touch the meat. The rack the meat sits on is stainless as is the air fryer. The foil is just there for easy cleanup of the fryer basin. Do you know if the foil can still leach through the air, even if it isn’t touching the meat? I haven’t been able to find a solid answer, but it’s definitely something I want to figure out. I appreciate the input because health is important to me. we have to keep talking about it since the mainstream narrative around nutrition seems to be misleading and corrupt.
@shannonthomas862919 күн бұрын
@eye_cough You're welcome. I can ask my functional practitioner. My gut tells me she would say just don't use any aluminum, but I'll check and get back with you. Could you use parchment paper?

@eye_cough2 ай бұрын
i always appreciate your kind words. Glad i can inspire you, as it brings me purpose. It takes time, and attention, but i believe anyone can develop skill. drawing and painting are beautiful in that the canvas will always be there patiently waiting for you to come create. My advice is to find a subject (faces, trees, flowers, the simpler the better, make sure it is something you enjoy and isnt stressful) and just draw/paint that thing over and over, in a variety of ways, and eventually you will build confidence in your skills and style. If youre looking for a good book to inspire you, i recommend Art & Fear.
