Step ups work calves. Using your own body weight is a huge asset. The trick to burning calories is to remain in a deficit and get your heart rate up for as long as you can. Your diet is everything, do the two week potato hack, mix some air fried potatoes with Italian dressing and hot sauce haha ifs delicious and paird with daily cardio you shed weight fast. 17 pounds in 13 days. Above all, keep at it!!!

Professional recruiter here: delayed start dates are most often due to a flag on your BGC/MVRs that aren’t NECESSARILY a disqualifying event. It sucks but keep applying and interviewing until you start getting paid. Hell even then keep shopping around. It’s tough right now

Mix up flavors and textures. I meal prepped ground sausage and quinoa. I cooked the quinoa in the crockpot to make it easier. Then cooked green beans with some garlic and butter on the side.

You can add onions and peppers to the ground sausage for more flavor too

Don't worry about the body fat percentage, the weights are notoriously inaccurate, due to how the technology works. Metabolic age may be high because of body composition or lack of sleep as I understand it. Your metabolic age should go down with your weight as well as with increased activity. Seems like you have done a lot of progress since the start of your journey.

Some people metabolise caffeine in a weird way and it can actually make them tired. Honestly I'm pretty caffeine sensitive. If i drink more than one redbull or say two cups of coffee i feel sick and sometimes it gives me heart palpitations. Usually one cup of coffee or tea when i wake up is enough for me.
