I grew up with this show as a kid my dad would always watch this show and in some way I got into it also, but this movie really well done Michael Mann really did something special I feel he raised the bar on this series

Alot of people will probably know this, but Michael Mann started his career on the show miami vice in the 80's, which one could argue because of his highly stylized, dripping with cool way, which was very groundbreaking in television. This also isnt his first remake from tv, as HEAT was first made by him in the 80's as well. Heat is the best heist/crime movie ever made and I don't see that changing anytime soon. Throughout his career he learned how to be more than just cool, and the 2 remakes, along with collateral are proof.

Spero che abbia fatto riscaldare bene il motore prima di tirarlo così, e che alla fine l’abbia lasciata andare almeno un paio di minuti al minimo prima di spegnere 🙈 l’omicidio preterintenzionale di un motore andrebbe punito in maniera molto severa 😢

This scene was brilliant. The score, the emotion, and the way it even captures the natural beauty of Florida. Florida for all its “crazy” antics of its residents…has a look and feel that’s all its own. Its trees, its roads, and views. Very underrated movie.

@@adanrios7951 I am addicted. I had the serious when DVDs came out I worked in a West Coast video part time because my friend and coworker at my bank kept nagging me to try it out. 🎿 💰. The movie is waaaaay better. The actors, the story, Michael Mann the great director and the film locations!

Rockstar got inspiration from Mann's movies previously, like Heat for the armored truck score in GTA 5. Add to this the fact that the next chapter will take place in Florida-resembling surroundings. Definitely wouldn't mind an ending like this.
