I have a vent yet to be installed. Is there a tool you know of so I can submerge the vent so it's not proud of the bonnet? Effectively so it would look factory. I'm sure either way will look lovely but I'd rather countersink the vent.

With germans you have to know what year and which engine to get. Some of the great ones are Audi 3.2L, BMW any NA 3.0L or Mercedes 3.5L 2009-2012.

the B8 A4 sucks cause of how it eats Oil. If you are getting an A4 of that body style, go for the 2015-2017 B8.5. The EA888 2.0t was improved and doesn't eat as bad or the turbo's wont blow. That A6 is a no go. 3.2 V6 is a junker. Get a Premium Plus model at the least or a Prestige.

After owning a BMW, I’d like to say they are fun to drive, but expensive to maintain to keep reliable. In retrospect, I should’ve just gotten a Tacoma
@zureai7 күн бұрын
AWD with a low car is pretty meaningless IMO. Because you get stuck on small snow banks that get pushed around to the side parking streets during winter. Just get a RWD with snow tires and you’re good

Lol a cheap European car is an expensive mess waiting to happen. But if you got money so you should be ok

If you get a bmw. Get a 335i. But gotta make sure it has the index 12 injectors first. Engines are bulletproof pretty much. German engineering
@204carguy8 күн бұрын
I had both brands. I’d go for the Audi a4 The bmw I sold broke down on the guy couple months after I sold it lol and still still parked. He prob needs the index 12 injectors

Do not do it maaaaate. That is a waking nightmare. It is all fun and games until 120ks. Audi = doom. I just picked up a 5.0 Equus. A riot to drive it is the K version of that Lexus you were looking at.

I'm no expert on German cars, but I'm questioning your friend's judgment on that BMW > Audi claim. Unless the ones in Canada are vastly different, BMW's are a farcry from reliable in the US with the exception of a few outliers. Audi, on the other hand, I've never heard "Audi" and "unreliable" in the same sentence.

That A6 is going to be massive trouble for you. Mechanically not sound and lots of fault codes loading up. Timing chain is going to be tough to change because the chain is in the back of the engine and not the front. I would go for the 2.0t or 3.0t A4 or S4. Lots of mods available for that platform compare to the 3.2L.

I’d go for an e90 328 or 330i if you want cheap and reliable and good for winter. An e9X wagon would be dope

Get a E90/92 325i, 328i, or 330i with the N52. Inline 6 NA making about ~220-250hp. You can find manual ones easily, plus drifters are mostly still buying E46's and E36's to smash up, they haven't really started buying E9x's yet. Biggest mechanical issues are probably the oil pan gasket and water pump (and plus BMW used a lot of plastic parts) but comparatively speaking easier to work on than an A6 lol. And a lot of M3 suspension parts are bolt-on. Or consider the E87 128i or E60 530i, both also have the N52 but fewer people know about them.

What I learned is a lot of these new cars the waxy they're run on electric Like example a Mustang if you put any at the market stuff on there like a Tesla radio you have a good chance your Cars gonna mess up If you gotta plug it to the fuse box so the only way you're gonna prevent that is you gotta make your own fuse box And run it on relay you're at the market stuff You don't you can blow your fuse box I end up blowing up 2 of my fuse cousin Tesla radio So why am I telling you this like them 2 cars you looked at you said they did something to it and that's probably why they have these stupid lights coming up👍💫💥💫❤️🔥💯😎
