My Car Battery Changed at 29000 Km and again at 62000 Km i am facing the same problem. My personal opinion is one should not buy electric Car. I spent 21 lac and now again i have to purchase another new car. I am facing the same problem which you explained in your video.

My friend who was planning to buy a Nexon EV max and took a test drive too and when he was about to finalise the deal, had a chance encounter with the newly launched Suzuki Swift 3 cylinder car, again test drove and finally ended up buying the top end model for around Rs 11 lakhs! When I asked him and cautioned about the safety of the car, he philosophically says that if destiny is there to die by car mishap even tata can't do anything 😂😂😂. Sounds funny but realistic. The one thing about Suzuki is its service and reliability. By the way my friend gets a phenomenal city mileage of around 18 km and highway up to 26 at 80 to 90 km speed! Unbelievable!!.

Hey , i have heard that BYD battery costs way less around 9 lakh (10000$ around for atto 3) and also predicted to go down to 90$ per kwh which gives us a battery replacement cost of 4-5 lakh in future !!!! and these batteries have blade tech in which only the blades need to changed , thats why more reliability and safe . I think BYD is the best ev car to go for especially with they giving 8 years or 160k km warranty !! I would remove car by 5-6 year !😌

I have nexon Prime 2020 model. Was going to buy nexon ev LR next Year March.but my friend working at Tata motors EV told me The New Gen Nexon Ev based on Acti.EV Playform coming next year by after Q2. So I will wait for more 3-4 months for Pure EV Platform NEXON.❤

I got my Nexon ev Max battery changed as it drained quite quickly below 15%. My experience was quite good at the service center at Sec 14 Gurugram. Had to leave the car for 2 days at service where they charged it and tested the battery drain and confirmed that the problem was there. Car was returned after washing cleaning and 100% soc. New battery was ordered. After 7 days the replacement pack arrived from Pune and I was asked to leave the car for battery change which I did. I was also told since the car had done less than 14000 kms the replacement battery pack will be new and not refurbished. Got updates on replacement with picture of old battery pack, new battery pack with 2024 manufacturing date and a video showing the installed pack with serial. Got the car back the next day, all cleaned polished and shining. Battery was again at 100%. Got the Rs 0 invoice mentioning the change. Car running absolutely fine. Did Delhi Lucknow trip immediately and reached Lucknow charging station at 4% SoC after running 320 kms. Happy with the car and Tata service.

The problem is the battery which we have been carefully charged till full percent and still getting battery issues vs other refurbished battery which any previous user might have used roughly and those cells might not be as efficient. Hence the battery cells replaced for our own battery case were actually necessary to be given back to us. The tata new policy or their attitude hasnt been a promising one to users like us ( me too use max). You should realy go after the reimbursement for the 1200 per day. It's tata policy It should be claimed P. S i too use max. With ac I get 3.5 per km. Without ac 4.2 ( even) with 3 persons inside .
