Why they get moved up to d2 they played d4 all season but I don't really understand the division ranking that well

You’re right they were playing far above their previous competition in this game because they dominated D4 so badly they got bumped to D2. I think D3 would’ve been more appropriate for them. Similar school size that faced similar quality of competition, Vanden won D3 state. Twelve bridges is just fine, they just bumped them up a bit too far here.

PV was 10-5 because they played a much tougher schedule. Looking at TB schedule they played a bunch of pancake teams all year and that’s ultimately why they lost; PV was battle tested and TB was not. Records don’t mean anything once you get this far.

@keithswalker PV played D5 in the southern section this year so technically they got bumped up even more.

Maybe don’t allow Mater Dei to recruit guys who live 150 Miles away And maybe don’t let them pay them ??

It’s just too diverse of an area to compete w/. Less than 30miles one way you got home feed farmer boy Hispanics and white boys, 10miles the other way you got hood Polynesians and the hood athletes, 5 miles another way you got you’re beach boy QBs and these private schools don’t need proof of address or anything and all the parents want to send their kids to the best school anyways

@@brendoncassidy1316Davison and Wyatt are from the Bay. A lot of NorCal guys have been going south for a few years now. Mater Dei also got an oline from Grant. MV receiver Philip Bell was also from Sac area. The SoCal powers are selling their programs and the level of competition in SoCal as a way to prep for the next level.

Yea, Coach Dunn built that program back up. Other schools was recruiting the local talent and he managed to keep more and more players in their home zone over the years. The pop warner teams in that area always have good squads.

Pitt kicker blew the game. Pitt needs to work on their depth going forward as well. The linemen and Searcy were all playing both ways.

Kicking a 42 yard field goal for the win for the last play of the game sounds like great management too me. The coach is the only reason we are where we are losing by a point with our qb going down in week 11. However, great game hope Twelve bridges brings a state title back to NorCal.

That kid can catch. Hope to see him playing on Sundays some day.
