Folsom will not play in the prestigious OPEN CIF CHAMPIONSHIP, they are clearly the best team in central and northern California, however they always stay away from Mater Dei or St. John Bosco, play the OPEN and let the D1 champions go, geezzz.

That was a long ride for Poly. Did they have no idea who Folsom was? They could've scheduled a similar team closer to home (Los Al or Mission Viejo).

Folsom needs to leave the weak league they are in and go independent to play good teams every week in order to get their kids national attention.

I like that idea. Usually, the league is better. This year is a down year. But, I do think Folsom would benefit more by going independent.
