The Hombre wasn't Isuzu's design. It was actually just a rebadged brazilian Chevrolet S-10. We had our own S-10 design from the start, and kept it in production and updated until 2012 when we got the Colorado with the S-10 nameplate. So technically it was a Chevrolet design, and, honestly, much better than the north-american ones. Only thing is we didn't get the first gen. It started production in 95, and kinda stayed the same until '12 with face lifts.

If it wasn’t Isuzus design then they used the Isuzu faster for all of its designs cues which are explained in this video. The Brazilian S10 was launched the same year, but Chevrolets original Second gen s10 had already been launched in USA in 1994. Admittedly the Brazilian S10 is a rebadged Hombre if you look at it from our market.

Only thing is it leaves you with shitty ride quality and on top of that you blow through cv axles like nothing because your leaving them at a terrible angle I did the same thing to my truck and I wish that I just bought the proper lift kit as I have so many problems now

Memories of my mom’s 03 zr2, many miles i rode around in the little backseat with my kidneys hurting. Definitely the seal for sure. Thats why i change them everytime i reinstall a transfercase
