Hey steve, its been a good year for sure. I have been mainly watching the honda fury stuff from you, in fact you are the reason i got the fury recently. Hoping for some more mods for the fury like ape hangers. Cant wait to see more!
@ThevalleygarageКүн бұрын
Awesome! Yeah Iv got a few more I plan to do, of course mods are expensive.. and take time.. hopefully the channel gets bigger and I can ask vendors for products to try out and sponsor

Where is it located on a 2005 Honda vtx 1300? Thank you
@ThevalleygarageКүн бұрын
That would be a “Fuel Strainer” OEM part #16952-MAZ-003 and that would be located above the fuel on/off/reserve petcock “switch” inside the fuel tank
@davepo6443Күн бұрын
@@Thevalleygarage I bought that and installed. The petcock was built up with hard honey and cleaned it out. I thought I'd put an extra fuel filter from peacock out to collect anything extra. Will that interefer with fuel supply to carb? Thank you. Reason why? The tank doesn't look that great inside.
@ThevalleygarageКүн бұрын
@@davepo6443 Great question! You could hinder the flow to the carbs unless you use a larger universal inline fuel filter.. though personally I wound keep the stock set up the OEM strainer should be enough, I’d keep an extra strainer on hand just incase change every few riding seasons You should be good

Hell yeah bro! It has been a hell of a year, a learning year, but a fun year. The cr85 was awesome to watch, hardware missing(looking right achta the whole time and picking up hot parts after playing with a torch 😅). Project Pink was fun to watch as well. Seeing your niece's reaction was priceless, Uncle Fifi killed it 💪😎. The S2000 is fire and suits you well. I'm a muscle guy with the exception for a liking to certain imports id love to have, the S2000 being one of em. Every fury video is always awesome to watch, burps & farts n all. As always everything i ever did on my fury minus 1 or 2 tiny mods before I found you, have all been based on your videos. Not 1 single f'ing video ever done me wrong or were confusing for me to follow and do it myself, including learning how to powdercoat. Grew my own Honda Fury playlist, most commonly, its packed with your videos to remind me and recap my work from your videos when I work on my Fury. I can't thank you enough. 1.5yrs in the making on mine and she is done. Thank you thank you thank you. No vacation since 2016? This is long overdue and very well deserved bro. You work too f'ing hard to not go. I know Tokyo is gonna be a blast for you. I feel this year is gonna be a glowing year too. Shit dude! I'm coming to f'ing CT for 53 furys? WHAT?! It has been my personal mission and a lifetime experience for me never doing anything like this ever before and I cannot wait for this! To mention me, dude, a huge honor, i mean that. I know a mention to many is "eh," for me that is flat out awesome. I jumped when I heard it. Deuces to 2024. 2025, LET'S GO!!! 👊😎

stupid question, but can you use syringe or turkey baster to suck to the coolant out of the coolant bottle and use your flushing method to get the rest out (continuing to use syringe to get the flushed coolant out). Therefore, saving the unscrewing of the bolt.
@Thevalleygarage5 күн бұрын
You definitely wanna run the bike and use the drain bolt.. really the best way. I mean you can try an syringe but you may end up going slower

I'm doing this as we speak. Just in case it helps anyone. For the top bearing race I used a 90° equalizer made for gasket and the bottom i had a Stanley 10 inch cats paw. I was dreading this part the most but It took maybe 2 minutes. Hope that can help someone

@Thevalleygarage i went with your original thought of keeping the forks on the wheel. Put the forks back through the bottom of the triple tree and then put the extenders on. I can't thank you enough for the videos, they really helped me figure out how to attack this upgrade. I'd still be cursing at the low and mean video. Ride safe brother.

The bottle tag drop reaction was priceless 🤣. Yep I use top end fuel on my bike. Been doing it since day 1 of riding. Like synthetic oil, it runs cleaner and is kinder cycling and burning through the fuel system, "SCIENCE!" Dr Evil 😂. I run Battery Tender charger on my super start, never fails so far. may go lithium, battery and charger in the spring. Well done video bro👊😎

Glad to see the measure you used for the stab. I put in way more, I'll know for next year. Is there any need/merit to standing the bike upright on a rack instead of putting it on its stand?
@Thevalleygarage17 күн бұрын
All good! Too much shouldn’t be a problem. Rack or stand is just your preference either way you store it, you just want to fill what you can and leave a some space that’s all

Winter is here in NJ, NY and CT. Do you have a video on how to properly put the battery to charge over the winter? Or a video that shows how you prepare your bike for the winter so in the spring you don’t have to do anything but start and ride.
@Thevalleygarage24 күн бұрын
I’m from CT too.. I can definitely make one for sure! Fill the gas tank to the very tippy top and get a get a battery tender.. it’s what I always do! I don’t really use fuel stabilizer but it doesn’t hurt

Would you still be able to adjust fuel and timing with the PC6 and get it fine tuned for your bike?
@Thevalleygarage27 күн бұрын
Yeah you have the option to manipulate the fuel tables just like a PC5. DynoJet is not supporting new maps that’s all, but you can tune it yourself from a pc or take it to a shop and they hook you up
