I never go below 6 reps for shoulders. Always need to be able to do that atleast 6 times, shoulders are a smaller muscle group. I realized for me higher reps 8-15 works better

@Joelw711 Nice, remember to re-strengthen it aswell. I used to have similarly to you more severe low back problems, fixed it with same as you stretches, but also added some rdls/deadlifts. Back hasnt acted up since i gor my deadlift higher

@@supi1640back extensions are really good for lower back problems also I’d recommended you to focus on strengthening your core, and make sure your posture is good

@@supi1640 I been doing L-Sit, Pigeon Pose, Figure Four Stretch, Kneeling Stretch, those are some, glute and hip flexor stretches. Remember also to strengthen the area where you have pain in, stretching usually gives temporary relief, strengthening is more of a permanent solution. If its not the case that you have so tight muscles that you cant even move correctly, but i doubt that
