I usually go out weather permitting with a cane I wonder if the stun cane would work for me? I’m disabled and walk with limp so I use the cane to walk outdoors for balance and endurance….

I have seen a few of these videos. Not a fan of this one. Any knife/sword will bounce if you don't do a through the object swing. Watch the last test and you will see what i mean. 3 out of 4 of the concrete test was a through the object swing.

Thanks for another Weapons Wednesday! These were fun choices. The poll isn't up yet, but I'll make some comments here. The website says that the Gurka Combat Kukri isn't sharpened. I wish I were skilled at sharpening blades in general and kukris in particular. I would want to find a way to get mine sharpened if I had one. I love kukris, and in a desperate situation, I would be tempted to reach for a kukri first. In a survival situation, the kukri would be most helpful at the largest number of tasks. As a weapon, the Stealth Survival Spear is very appealing. I wouldn't want to chop with that spear very often. I'd fear that it would eventually break at the attachment points. For thrusting or throwing, it would be effective. In a survival situation, the spear would be good for hunting. I liked the demonstration of the bottom tip as well as the spear head. The Eagle Claw Pizza Axe is cute. Mostly, it would be a cool-looking kitchen tool. In a desperate situation, any bladed tool is better than nothing. In a survival situation, I would pick this over the bat because I like having a blade. Otherwise, this would just look cool cutting a pizza. The Problem Solver Defense Bat is impressive. Depending on the situation, I'm not sure whether the extra weight would really be an advantage. If a fight turned into a battle to land any strike, maybe a lighter, quicker object would have an advantage. Against an attacker that came hard, fast, and stupid, the extra weight would be extremely useful. One could learn some mace bell exercises and probably use this for those exercises. Most people move up to heavier maces eventually, but this one would be a good starter. Maybe the solution is not to carry a ball and glove but to be able to show that one knows how to do those exercises with this bat. Adding a baseball bat weight ring would work even better for the exercise side of things and would make one more effective using the bat as a weapon.

I liked how Ian described the Gurka kukuri as something to cut through dense forest. When actually Gurkas are warriors from Napal, who use the kukuri to cut through dense enemies.😂

I like the survival spear. I think you could easily defend yourself from animals and probably use it to spearfish and possibly take down the relatively small game. I wonder if it would be tough enough to take down a boar?
@Karatemart
@Karatemart 2 күн бұрын
Excellent choice, David! It’s extremely durable, so I honestly believe it could handle something as large as a boar. But, that would definitely depend on your hunting skills! Thank you, my friend!

For centuries, the age old question has been asked by many men.. "How many weapons does a warrior really need..?" - The answer to that question.. has always been.. "There are 1 million ways for a man to die.. choose one." Some believe the greatest weapons are the hands and feet.. and knees and elbows.. the way of the "eight limbs" - Some believe the brain, high fight IQ, and having a military mind.. is the Keys to the Art of Warfare and Combat - It has been said by many a wise man.. "It is better to be a Warrior in a Garden.. than to be a Gardener in a War" - Some believe.. it is better to NOT poke the bear.. nor to awake the sleeping Lion.. as a Coward dies 1000 deaths.. while others believe that "He who fights and runs away.. will always live to fight another day" - Some believe in forgiveness and in turning the other cheek.. while others get bent on Revenge and believe in removing the heads of their enemies. Some will train their whole life long in the ways of the Warrior.. bound by honor and respect.. finding Victory and Glory in combat and battle.. dedicating their life to the disciplines of their craft.. just to be shot dead like a dog in the street by a Coward with a gun who does not even know how to fight. Some believe it is better to Kill.. than to be Killed.. and I would strongly agree with that. It has also been said.. that "He who lives by the sword.. shall also Die by the sword" - still.. I keep my sword sharp.. as I look forward to a Glorious Death!
