We just got a new Poly TC8 tap. We have it paired and running but the Interop buttons do NOT show up on the tap. They are enabled within Zoom. They were there on the old tap. Any suggestions. I know this thread is over a year old but I am really hoping someone could help me out.

John I tried to create multiple content lists so that I could have the digital signs expire so that I don't have to manually take each one down. But the second list would not play because there was one already playing. I promote events using Zoom Rooms that need to be uploaded and then taken down at different times throughout the month. Is this possible?

Does the Yealink UVC86 work with Zoom Rooms? Specifically the Logitech RoomMate?

Is workspace accessible to different entities sharing an office space? In other words, can different entities with there own Zoom licenses access one workspace account?

I was not seeing some of the action items with a kiosk I setup ~Oct 22. Do I need to add new room or editing the room give me some of the cool new stuff? Hi John, Our company heavily relies on outlook for everything we do. Outlook is the bread and butter of our company but we also utilize zoom quite often. We have integrated Outlook and Zoom as much as possible to our current configuration. My questions rely more on the integration of Zoom Workspace Reservations and outlook. We have built out a Workspace within Zoom workspaces but the integration with outlook needs work before any Zoom Workspace deployment. We configured the Workspace Reservations that were booked on workspace web portal and desktop workspace app to show up on a users calendar but the details or time cannot be edited within outlook. Well let me be more clear, they can be edited but they changes in outlook don't make their way back to the workspace portal. Vice versa, events and meetings or bookings done in outlook, show up within zoom workspace portal but cannot be edited within Zoom. Not sure how difficult a task this part of the integration is but from a company deployment piece it is absolutely integral for our company and would love to see your team work to better the user experience with Zoom Workspace and Outlook communicating. When reaching out to Zoom about this issue and showing multiple techs the statement I received was "- At this time this is by design. Confirmed as enhanced functionality planned for future release." Hopefully this comes soon in a future release! If anyone reading this has any feedback or has gotten Zoom Workspaces to fully integrate with Outlook or knows of a competitor that does integrate with outlook better, please let me know! Is it possible to reserve from o365 as well? How about to view a workspace booking through o365? To see the schedule of a space?

I can see the user can only reserve a desk on a day bases and cannot auto-repeat the booking for rest of the days or month.

You mention a yealink or PC stick is required. If the tv is smart and connected to the Wifi can you run digital signage? (context, we are looking to use this feature in communal areas)

Can the kiosk be joined to an existing meeting? We have an OWL for this but need to tie it into a large screen kiosk for connecting groups.

is there no way to schedule a piece of content to run for a certain date range including a time? for example: a graphic is promoting an upcoming town hall and we want it to stop running once the town hall has ended on June 1 at 10 a.m. OR do we have to manually go in and remove that graphic once we want it to stop playing?

Has zoom thought of gaming?? I have teenagers that were using zoom to connect with 10 players as they played iPhone games like “among us” as they talk to each other through zoom. It was a cool experience. Many are now using Discord to txt each other. Hoping zoom doesn’t miss this Gen z opportunity!
