Has zoom thought of gaming?? I have teenagers that were using zoom to connect with 10 players as they played iPhone games like “among us” as they talk to each other through zoom. It was a cool experience. Many are now using Discord to txt each other. Hoping zoom doesn’t miss this Gen z opportunity!

We just got a new Poly TC8 tap. We have it paired and running but the Interop buttons do NOT show up on the tap. They are enabled within Zoom. They were there on the old tap. Any suggestions. I know this thread is over a year old but I am really hoping someone could help me out.

Hi sir this feature is working with poly x50. Actually am trying taking team call from x50, invitation popup is showing on tc8 but join button is not showing.

Hi John, looks great! Connecting as you know is very important, especially in this new world of B2B communications. Once connected, the next most important thing is collaboration. When connecting to these other meeting platforms do you also support 2-way content sharing? I had heard Direct Guest Join doesn't support that yet.

Read the links you posted below and think I found my answer: "Note: Sharing User Content requires access to the Microsoft Teams client. No wireless sharing is supported through the Zoom Room while in a Microsoft Teams call through Direct Guest Join." Thank you in advance.

Is it necessary to perform some kind of configuration to have this functionality or is it enough to send a Teams invitation to the Zoom Room?

Hello Alexis, this help article talks about how to enable the ability for a Zoom Room to join 3rd party meeting platforms: support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360001163206-Joining-a-third-party-meeting-from-a-Zoom-Room (Webex, Bluejeans, etc).
