Can never sell that Museum piece. Bart installed a 225 on his Dub from the Central Valley. He met me with his old motor at the Pilot near Temecula in a Corvette. I've got a KLX300 and I'm working on building up some skills since I'm a bit of a newb. I live in a different desert than Moab, the San Rafael. If you like the less tourist oriented places, there are plenty of long trails out this way, though just like with Moab, the BLM is screwing with closing roads. Honestly you SHOULD move out here. Only a few thousand people actually live in the redrock country and too few of those take advantage of the endless adventure potential.

Thinking of getting a TW200. I have a KLR650, but darn is it heavy to learn with. Don't know whether to go with the t-dub or some 250/300 dual sport but these videos make me want the t-dub

Did you have any trouble at all with getting the 28mm carb to fit the stock rubber boot connections, or any clearance issues? I was looking at doing this conversion and thought the 26mm carb was more in line with the size of the rubber connections. Thanks
