Where did you get the tomatyas??
@cargogh10 сағат бұрын
I loved that dipping the tortilla in the verde before rolling. Without having seen that move, I would continued on thinking that pouring some sauce around would get it--which it would; but only in some areas. Brilliant! Fun watching you apply the finishing details. Your hands were like "whatever", but every line, every dot landed perfectly!

I love your videos ❤

I normally fry up the tortillas in oil beforehand, but that’s been giving me serious heartburn the last few times. It is a better tasting product, but comes with a lil something. Thanks for watching and glad you enjoy my videos! 🙌🏻

@ ohh, i feel that too but not only with the enchiladas, maybe it’s because the tomatillo acidic, i put some baking soda in the salsa for that and it’s better for my stomach 😅❤️

Same with Pakistani and Indian food when making a curry the meat gets fried before hand to give it a fried texture and not boiled 🤢 lol also every curry is different so the ingredients get treated differently not just thrown into a pot and cooked you need to cook things and remove them , toast spices , thicken this or that
@jimenezguerreroemilioisrae107113 сағат бұрын
Hi, you can add a pinch of sugar to the prep of the sauce to balance de acidity of the tomatillo

I had to order traditional montasio cheese online but it’s sooo good. Never thought of putting it in the oven. I just stir and flip until everything gets mushy and the cheese is melted. You can flip it once it can be swirled around in the pan without sticking. Soo good 👍🏼 🇮🇹🥔🧀

How much butter and how much flour do you put in the pot to mix how much milk do you put in after you mix the flower and butter.

your description says you used a shun kaji knife, but the video clearly shows a knife with riveted handle. What knife are you using in the video?

To anyone who made this recipe: does it taste similar to Panera Bread’s soup?

No Talbott as in computer bots, please. Tall 'pon' . Also spelled 'bon', is bread. Usually sweet but if it's tall, its long and chewy. Thank you :)

You do know, that you could have put all in the jar at once and still get it perfectly mulsified in no time. For a European mayonnaise, you would have added mustard, so can’t refer on your mayonnaise as a ‚Western‘ one in general.

That looks so amazing! I usually avoid sauces with my steak, preferring just a seasoning rub and some butter to finish it off, but that sweet & spicy sauce sounds like it’d be a perfect flavor to compliment the steak. Yellow squash is just about my favorite vegetable (although I realize it’s actually a fruit), but I’ve never marinated it like this before so I’m definitely going to try this out!
