Same thing happened to me a couple years ago. The two crazy freakin' ladies that worked at the arcade I was filming a video at literally threatened to ban me if I get caught filming there again.

Thanks for the support as always mate ! Hope you enjoyed our new claw set ups :) Still some work to do across our UK operations, but I hope you've noticed a difference between old and your recent visits. Well noticed with the Losud/Fun Zone claws! We have been trialing multiple new types of claws in our high usage cranes due to (as you mentioned) the over heating of the old coils making the claws reeeaaallly weak after continuous play. The aim is to push popularity on the older topper/quattro cranes so we can justify spending the money to keep them alive. As you know they're getting abit old now and mix this with obselete boards, components and the great british weather ... they're becoming very tricky to keep running. Hope this helps! I think a behind the scenes at HBL video is well overdue! Lets arrange this for next time im in the UK. #MMCxHBL

Nobody other than a tiny clique of people on the internet care for “old” machines. You shouldn’t be basing business decisions based on the opinions of spec sized online communities… As for coil issues, basically any claw-assembly other than Elauts modern stuff (2009 and above), suffers from thermal issues. If you don’t want this, then don’t cheap out as a business.

@@Rwero Hi there! Don't worry there are other factors :) Mainly being older Elaut machines withstand the harsh conditions of the nature of our UK operations. IntraXion is still top tier in a nice dry arcade :) But they're no match for the Great British weather unfortunately. Hope this helps man! Where are you based? @@lukehbleisure1566 thank you for commenting Luke. I always assumed those 2 Quattros you had at entrance makes some of the most money you earn with the claws. They have been in that dome since I was young and I believe they are a staple of Thorpe park history playing their attract when people come into the park, they are brilliant. It’s amazing that you are trying to keep them going :) I have one question though, where are the mega cosmics that were by hyperia before it was there? They were amazing and looked to be amazing operating condition? I feel like those in a hyperia theme outside the toilets were they once were would rake in some money. Also it’s amazing that you have just made my point clear to rwero that the older machines are the only ones that will withstand rain, sun and bloody snow😂 been making that argument for ages. You have my email, I have yours. Say a date mate and I’ll come to the park if I book it off work :) 👍🏽

@@MrMegaCrane Haha yes you're right I remember playing those Quattro's when I was visiting as a child. I'll share some more information when we meet up. I'll schedule myself in the UK soon. The comics are being refurbished by one of our suppliers in Europe (same as those EX1s you saw by Nemesis). Unfortunately they probably won't be returning to Thorpe Park/UK. They've worked a hard life it's about time they had a make over and a well earned rest lol!

62 pound payout rate that’s terrible it’s really bad because you pay a lot to go them parks anyway and it be nice for young kids to actually get a win while they are there I don’t play any claws run by HB leisure at all really I think they are spengs I mosty play the ones at my local arcade run by Silcox in Southport unfortunately tho thay are all ex 1 ones the megas went over lockdown as after it finished the megas was gone some toppers at the end of pira thay are terrible pules the Pirea has been closed for about 18 months

various mega cranes well I say mega cranes there the exact same as the ones we see all over the UK but... they have joysticks and drop buttons not the uk common up and accros controls.... and the thing that is interesting me here is instead of saying "mega crane" on the marquee it says...
