I bought one about a month ago. I had 5 light primer strikes in the first 300 rounds. I went back home and gave it a deep cleaning, and the gun has run flawlessly. Not one hiccup over the next 600 rounds. I did a good deep clean and light oil and then cycled the slide about 200 times before taking it out again. I'll shoot again on the 14th and then take it to a gun class in Florda and run it for 3 straight days (700 rounds) and see how it goes. If it passes all that, she's a keeper for me.

......in 10 years I have developed a lot of local dealer friends. I visit with them at every show. They often get specials from the distributors (like they buy a package deal from the distributors, and they get discounts on each piece). Most of my dealer friends pass that savings on to me. I always pay in cash. They prefer cash; cash is King as they say....if you pay by credit card you are going to pay another 3% on top of the purchase price in almost all cases..... I always ask, "what is the CASH, OTD price?" I am a savvy shopper...

@@R.P._Tactical .....I am in the San Antonio Texas area. I go to a lot of gun shows; I have a lot of dealer friends. I will tell you the prices I have seen at shows. Non-safety version: $ 419 + tax came up to $ 453 OTD. The safety version was $ 399 total OTD. These are cash prices. I always pay cash for a better deal. One thing I don't like about the safety version is how small the safety button is; sure it is textured, but it's really small IMO. The Smith & Wesson Bodyguard 2.0 is THE BEST designed and manufactured micro-subcompact 380 in the last 40 plus years. I have the Sig 365 9mm, Sig 238, Ruger LCP Max, Regular LCP, et. I own many. Ruger should just stop manufacturing the LCP Max all together. The sig 365 (9mm) is the best micr 9mm, but the S&W Bodyguard 2.0 is half the weigh, thinner, over all smaller and easier to shoot that the Sig 365. You can keep the Sig. This new Bodyguard 2.0 beats ALL THE OTHERS in EVERY CATEGORY! Bar none! All of these smallpistol require a small amount of break in INCLUDING the Sigs. I have 400 plus rounds through mine. About 4 mags loosened mine up perfectly. It even shoots the "Seargeant Major" zinc plated steel case (tula) ammo like candy! I never feel outgunned or under gunned with this new Bodyguard 2.0 i I use it as a primary carry and rotate it out for my Ruger LCR revolver. S&W gave they're customers what they have been asking for. On a side note, it puts the Glock 42 in the dirt on size and capacity. The 380 cartridge is plenty to stop an attacker in my opinion. You don't need fancy pants ammo either 95 grain hard ball anything does the job just fine. I want to poke holes in important body parts. I don't care about expansion. Don't fall for all the BS of dudes on you tube that are fully kitted out telling you a 380 isn't something to worry about. S&W gets an 11 out of 10 from me.

I've shot mine also and it was shooting off to the left...but. it look centered

@GbodyE yeah bud even if it's centered you might still want to gently tap it over a very little bit so that it shoots straight

What tool is that tool called bro that u use for the adjustment of ur aiming 🤔

@GbodyE Hey GBE. Good question bud. I used a tapping hammer and non marking punch but you can use any little hammer and chisel or flat screwdriver with some masking tape .

@R.P._Tactical thanks brother I am on it! So if it's shooting off to the left tap the front sight just a lil to the right from the rear point of view?

@R.P._Tactical they look ti be un the middle front ant back imma shoot again tomorrow before I tap on it. How far out was ur targets also

@GbodyE Yes sir that correct. If you're shooting left then slightly tap the sight right and vise versa, if you were shooting right of the target you'd drift it to the left. I hope this helps. There seems to be alot of people with this same issue so I think I'm make a video on it next week when I get time off of work.

@GbodyE that's a good idea bud. Go send some rounds down range and then determine if or how much you need to drift it over. I was shooting at 10 yards
