Rich and I still train in the same gym together weekly. He is also trained by Jorge Gurgel here in Ohio, which my son has been training under JG FOR 10yrs. It’s crazy being in the gym with him because he still looks young and trains like a beast very nice guy.

What sad story? Only thing in his career that was sad was having to see his wife on TV watching him get tuned up by a prime Anderson Silva. Damn it that Thai clinch was brutal especially what it did to his nose.
