It is a super fun trail. Once you finally hit cupcake you will be surprised at how easy it really is. Slowing down and hitting the roots in 10 gallon right after is really the hardest part of it.

Nice! I'm 48 and bought a BMX a few weeks ago. Nearly listened to my wife and sold it. Now I feel like I'm not to old to learn and enjoy riding it. Obviously within limits but there seems to be lots of tricks to learn that are relatively low risk! Thanks guys!!

goodnight friend Have you already done maintenance on the Suntour Raidon Boost 32? I'm not sure whether to put oil on the hertz cinnamon sticks or use grease. They do say to use grease on the seals. In one of the SRSuntour service bulletins it mentions using the oil also. With the dust wipers not being air tight having a little bit of oil doesn’t cause compression issues.

What lens did you use for this? Would this lens work for recording basketball games?

I used the stock 14-42mm lumix lens. I would probably want something with more range and lower f stop for basketball. Maybe the 14-140mm but I would look for something with f 2.80 or so. That way if you’re shooting indoor you won’t have to crank your iso up.

Hey I ride trail/light enduro and I’m trying to get into downhill what bike should I start on I going to go to snowshoe next summer and I’m trying to get a bike and tune it during the winter just looking for tips I’m 14 5’6

I think if you’re gonna run an enduro bike at Snowshoe/ it should be 170mm or more travel. I love the way my ransom rides up there, but I hate tearing it up. I think any used DH bike less that 10 years old is a great option for getting into it. If I had money to buy a new bike right now. It might be the GT Fury as it’s budget friendly and pretty good to go out of the box.

I feel you. I was lucky enough that I never actually quit riding. There have been few times that I have slowed down for injuries, but as soon as my body would let me I would start riding again. Riding road bikes and mountain bikes has definitely helped keep this old body in good enough shape to ride BMX.

Yeah, + is slightly stiffer, -is super plush, 0 is medium. I am usually running 0 for trail. + for jumping and - for janky downhill
