Dude I'm 45 and there's no way I can get back on a bmx without injuring myself lol Keep it up 👍it keeps you fit

I feel you. I was lucky enough that I never actually quit riding. There have been few times that I have slowed down for injuries, but as soon as my body would let me I would start riding again. Riding road bikes and mountain bikes has definitely helped keep this old body in good enough shape to ride BMX.
