My parents had a teasmade (until it was "retired"). It made tea - sort of - but the alarm was created by nazis. Those who know, know.

Vic and Bob, Paul and Bob or David and Bob? David's "Oh is that the end, so sooooon" swings it for me!

I love the way David has now accepted that whatever they guess WILL be wrong and so he's now trying to work out whether being wrong and it's true is better then being wrong and it's a lie.

The thing about james acasters spiel....is it is reliant on him being youthful, or yoof oriented, including his voice characterisation. He is getting old and its a problem...imagine him trying this act aged 45yrs old...it wont work, as say with jo brands act she can still pull it off aged 50yrs+

Did ever David guess correctly the truth about Bob ? (true question) I suggest he should make his choice, and then choose the opposite. But even then, he could be outsmarted. Also, it is obvious that Lee enjoys these moments so much (as we all do).

Yes, David has sometimes guessed right. But only sometimes. He’s got it wrong more often than not.

Distant, Distant Future. David Mitchell passes away and finds himself on a Heavenly version of the Would I Lie to You? set. He asks himself if this is Heaven. Then Bob Mortimer strolls in and takes a seat across from him. David: “Nope, I didn’t make it to Heaven.”
