dont forget you can surveil with DRC when u culling it, but it didnt matter, u had what u needed, wasnt a breach line. well played!

Good Point but that would cost 3 Extra Mana since casting it via breach is already an alternative cost and you remember we can't pay two different alternative costs for one card.

Mate, Dockside is not legal you cannot run that card in your deck, you also cannot run mana crypt or Jeweled lotus, your deck is illegal, you must change out those cards for something else. Your title should say no banlist cEDH, your deck is not legal in cEDH.

Here it is, I waited till this happens :D I talked and posted this multiple times. Both this decklist and many gameplay videos still to come were recorded prior to the Ban Update but I decided to post them unchanged. But am Happy finally someone commented. I was waiting till it would happen. Now I am a happy Camper. Thank you.

I've been running him since prerelease. Standard Grixis package, but with Tainted Strike (cast on Wick, kill the table). After the bans, I'm running Priest of Gix and Greedy Freebooter on Cthonian Nightmare to get infinite energy. You add in. Peregrine Drake and can make infinite colored mana. Since you're reanimating and not casting, you just need to lean more into graveyard dumping to get it to go off, and it's pretty good in my meta.

i loved making my list around the time wick was spoiled bringing it too my first tournament post ban with arcane adaptation and phyrexian altar with the new leyline of transformation as back up too find a way too win with wick, but if these new bans get reverted then we are in luck because with my testing its nearly a 35-40% winrate in my meta idk about other metas but its one of my favorite homebrews video is great!

Leyline of Transformation and Arcane Adaptation don't work with Wick. The snail comes in as a Rat/Snail, which just puts a counter on the snail...and no new Rat/Snails get created, thus ending the line. You need Conspiracy since it replaces the creature type, and something like Goblin Bombardment to kill the table with. @shinyzubat4209 @veilofdeathmtg

@@VeilofDeathMTG My problem with it is I want to substitute the infinte mana of the dockside combo with another piece until the bans and all set up. So i was trying to change it to nim deathmantle combos or using plague of vermin, which works really well with the commander as it creates a masive snail + combined with an altar is a wincon or wincon enabler with card draw.

Jumped the Gun on the Anniversary but yeah we are getting close :D I once wanted to build Evelyn and the decklist gave me a headache so I scrapped it. Already have a spooky deck for Spooky Halloween Special but am glad you asked :)

I think God Pharaoh Statue would have been a better target for Magda, would stop saw in half combo, slow down Godo and block Food Chain combo. Null Rod is good, but with Food Chain presenting a win on the turn I dont think it was the best.

I don't think Statue would have stopped Godo from Winning since once Godo Resolves there is no casting left but in the end an abrade is an abrade.

Any particular reason no one at the table caught the deliverate mana cheating during the start of the food chain combo? Anyone who plays food chain knows it exiles for only a mana of a single color with each activation.... When misthollow is first cast from exile there is 1 floating mana (color is not specified but there is only 1 of it). then misthollow is exiled for 5 white (we know it is 5 white because of the next game action) grand abolisher is cast for 2 white (only way you have 2 white is if the mishollow white exiled for white) At this point there are 3 white & 1 unknown color floating meaning you cannot recast misthollow from exile as it requires 2 blue pips which are not present.

@@VeilofDeathMTG you combine it with Sire of Insanity. If you roll high you can get Divergent Transformation and have both. This is the stax form of the deck, commonly referred to as TROG, not the turbo variant.
