This awareness-based practice is simple yet so powerful for me! That was well framed 💖 Once we strengthen that muscle, I think that would be our default mode, right? Is that same as living in the flow state? Last night while trying to sleep I noticed that even though my eyes were closed I was focusing on my vision. ( This issue has been a problem for me that I have not been aware of for a long time. ) When I let go of my vision, magic started to happen. I noticed that the muscles around my eyes started to relax and I was transitioning into sleep.

..."Once we strengthen that muscle, I think that would be our default mode, right?" Yes. Practice means shifting our focus to awareness. Over time, our focus relaxes/expands, and awareness is recongized to be ever present. Living in a flow state can mean different things to different people. To me, it means that I feel the fluid, choiceless flow of thoughts, feelings and sensations passing through awareness. I have a guided meditation called "Choicelessness" which you may want to listen to. I would call this flow state a different, but related, facet of consciousness. "When I let go of my vision, magic started to happen." Learning to relax the way you describe is exciting!

I went to a retreat last weekend and we were sitting in circle and talking. Some traumas came up to the surface for some people when they are talking with the lovely lady who is the organizator. Some people cried when they talked about their issues. Every time one cried, instantly I felt their emotions and I felt a sensation over my head, neck, shoulders and arms with a goosebumps. I surrendered to this feeling and didn't try to control it. Then tears came up from my eyes. I cried with them every time, My guess is that this was some sort of healing experience for both side. And after your explanation, I think that was 5D experience.

Hmm. Would you be willing to transend the world of finance? It would be relatively easy for all humans to combine their participation. It would be relatively easy to "transform" and "unite" the entire world very very quickly. It is not easy to ease the nonsense of current conceptual models that individuals are utilizing to experience life.
@blaisehere

What do you mean transcend the world of finance? Maybe you could tell me more.
@Madgura
@Madgura Ай бұрын
@@blaisehere humanity as a whole could be a civilization that does things without economic incentives. The intent of the question is to propose if all humanity was to make a move towards a global prosperity based outlook. What would you think? From where I stand. Finance is a way of aligning participation through changing the human perspective of value. The minds are what is actually valuable, because they can ascribed it. They are what power our existence through collective effort. Money is not necessary.
@blaisehere
@blaisehere Ай бұрын
@@Madgura Love this, and the way you are thinking about it. I would modify or suggest a couple things for your consideration. "The minds are what is actually valueable" I would broaden this value to include the many qualities of consciousness that each being brings to the world. Manifestation and the expression of higher potential is beyond a mental experience. But in general, yes. In our world now we harvest energy, from oil deposits for example, and in the material world this is a source of wealth. In a world where consciousness is foundational, each human being is a source or fount of light, love, wisdom, and unique gifts, lived perspectives and potential. The basic existence of each human being can be recognized as a source of energy wealth, one which expresses itself more fully and abundantly as we care for that person. Also in your first message you mentioned transcending finance. In my perspective, I don't see us leaving the dimensions of consciousness that we live in now (the third physical dimension, and the second digital dimension that we are currently constructing). Instead we will be expanding beyond them--they will remain included in the spectrum of that we experience. In this way, the higher dimensions will continuously impact the manifest reality in the lower dimensions. I can't see clearly how this will impact finance, and the structures and models that stand now. As I experience, the movement towards higher potential is progressive, and I would expect a progressive shift towards a world without economic incentives. When I look at the younger generations, like the one I am a part of, I can already see how attitudes about money and work have shifted, and I expect this to continue. I also would add that I don't expect this to be an easy or comfortable process. You are young, and get to manifest your vision and intelligence here, and I appreciate that you care and think in these terms. Who knows how far this can evolve in your lifetime. Let me know how this lands with you.
@Madgura
@Madgura Ай бұрын
@@blaisehere While I agree with the comprehensive view, I would like to point out how it landed with me. If I described the anatomy of two beings of the opposite sex then asked you from those descriptions what the proper way to rear a child is I would be looked at with confusion. I see that is what happened with spiritual and physical or any duelist model of comprehension. While focusing on understanding the nature of the parts the actions are not observed as they are performed. Many political and religious movements have been so focused on the definition of their beliefs that they don't have recognition of what they are acting out. My proposal would be a worldwide open dialogue that is a permanent fixture within our civilization. First people have to see what they do objectively without the concepts of better or worse. We can only ever reorganize in ways that are more efficient or less efficient from what I remember.

Hello Blaise, when you say catharsis doesn't work, what do you mean ? What if I feel sadness, start feeling it fully and cry until the sadness is gone. That doesn't work ? What are the limitations of that way of processing difficult emotions and trauma ?
@blaisehere
@blaisehere Ай бұрын
Hi, thanks for asking this. Feeling your feelings deeply and fully is essential. And the recognition that this was necessary was radical in its development. Added to this, the evolution from this, is the understanding that emotion is by nature relational. The reason that I feel sad, or angry, or anything else is not just for me to feel feelings, but for me to communicate and share experience with others. Our emotional experience actually belongs to a pool of energy that is trans-personal. As such, it is increasingly important to be seen in our feelings, in our experience. This means that we feel connection while we are feeling our sadness. We feel the presence of another, and create a bridge between our separate experiences. The energy of my emotion literally crosses over this bridge--from me to you--and there is more unity in the world. My emotional expression is the fabric of the unity of life. We as humans have been deeply deprived of this necessary component of life. And we have done our best in its absence. How does this sound and feel to you?

Thank you, Blaise. Whenever I listen to your talks you always include everything. There is nothing left outside, and this is so rare to see. Your perspective is so inviting and all-encompassing, you can see the connection in everything. Everything simply has the highest potential in itself - I’ve felt it, but you show it to me in reality. I feel safe. What's more, I completely agree with the perspective on healing - which has been my deal for many many years - that it actually is a call for connection. I wonder what your take is on why our life is too intense for us (you talked about it in a previous video) , why do we choose such drastic experiences of disconnection. Is it only curiosity? From a traumatized body-mind perspective with burdens of subconscious programming it doesn't look that curious. Although it may set us on the path to connection. What I mean is that we need a certain opening within ourselves to see through the pain. Otherwise we circle around blinded by pain. Also, I’d like to hear how to learn to trust life/surrender to it - transmute fear? Is it only through higher dimensions of consciousness?
@blaisehere
@blaisehere Ай бұрын
And in your comment here, there is also so much fullness. Happy to hear that my work is resonant for you. Your question "why do we choose such drastic experiences of disconnection?". My experience is that for each dimension of consciousness, there is a different answer. And these answers become real not from philosophy, but from direct experience. For example, when the dimension of love, unity and inter-relatedness is experienced, the meaning comes from love, service, and we experience that all that we do is out of love. For example, I take on my pain and trauma, out of love for life. Many spiritual teachings will emphasize this perspective. From higher dimensions, our orientation to identity, choice, and possibility shifts and so does our sense of meaning. From the perspective of the absolute reality, we simply experience so that we can experience. This spectrum of consciousness provides a spectrum of meaning. The higher meaning will never get rid of lower meaning. It is not designed for one dimension to dominate or invalidate the others. Instead, there is a symphony of meaning and perspective, which allows one to both be free, impersonal, care deeply, experience gain and loss, and the fragility of human development, all in the same life. How does that sound and feel to you?
@dorkador
@dorkador Ай бұрын
@@blaisehere Thank you for this answer. It took me some time to rebalance myself with it. The topic of suffering evokes a multitude of emotions. Until a connection is made and they are held, the spectrum of consciousness is not like a rainbow but one dominant color. And maybe that is something I see within me and so many teachings - one dominant color trying to overshadow the others. We are used to picking one thing over the other and running away from so many things. For example, when a baby is crying we hold it NOT to cry. But crying is necessary - it's just best when you are held not shushed. Ok, I'm going too far:) Anyway, your perspective is inspring and inviting to be with. Thanks again!

How did awareness become birthed in nonexistence?
@blaisehere
@blaisehere Ай бұрын
I think it's great to be curious about this. I consider a curiosity about this level of reality to be an achievement in itself. For many years, I couldn't hold my focus here, and it didn't make any sense to me. Then I began to wonder "why is there any experience at all?". I don't know if I can give you a satisfying answer to this question. Maybe one thing I could say is that awareness exists for the same reason as everything else in reality--every blade of grass, every thought, every sensation. It is one impulse.
