I have listened twice and can’t wait to listen again. “Our emotional grievances are all calls to the oneness, to the unity, of our body, of our relationships, of our planet, and of our species. It is at this level that we are one.” So helpful, and pertinent to our current relational group experience. Thank you Blaise

I'm happy to hear that. It's really fun to make content that you engage with, and that excites you. And I am really excited to refine this perspective on trauma.

The more we can map out all the different aspects/levels of development in your life, as we have been doing, the more you can shift your focus to recognize this

Wow, Blaise. So much here. I have listened multiple times. So beautiful to see/feel your clarity and enthusiasm and like a whisper of steam rising feel into the subtle movement that is possible- flowing through the dimensions. I am steeping in , "It is at the level of unity where we have all been wronged" and feeling into the call to oneness. Thank you.

You watched multiple times! That's so cool to hear. It is a long video, and I wondered how it would affect people. This encourages me

@@lizeisman6001 That is a key part of waking up. When teachers say (and when I say) "life is just an experience that is occuring within the Self", they are describing this progressive relaxation, and the somatic experience overshadowing the physical world.

Thanks for sharing this. Can I ask, how did it affect you? I am describing my experience, and wondering how that translates to your experience.

Thank you, Blaise. Whenever I listen to your talks you always include everything. There is nothing left outside, and this is so rare to see. Your perspective is so inviting and all-encompassing, you can see the connection in everything. Everything simply has the highest potential in itself - I’ve felt it, but you show it to me in reality. I feel safe. What's more, I completely agree with the perspective on healing - which has been my deal for many many years - that it actually is a call for connection. I wonder what your take is on why our life is too intense for us (you talked about it in a previous video) , why do we choose such drastic experiences of disconnection. Is it only curiosity? From a traumatized body-mind perspective with burdens of subconscious programming it doesn't look that curious. Although it may set us on the path to connection. What I mean is that we need a certain opening within ourselves to see through the pain. Otherwise we circle around blinded by pain. Also, I’d like to hear how to learn to trust life/surrender to it - transmute fear? Is it only through higher dimensions of consciousness?

And in your comment here, there is also so much fullness. Happy to hear that my work is resonant for you. Your question "why do we choose such drastic experiences of disconnection?". My experience is that for each dimension of consciousness, there is a different answer. And these answers become real not from philosophy, but from direct experience. For example, when the dimension of love, unity and inter-relatedness is experienced, the meaning comes from love, service, and we experience that all that we do is out of love. For example, I take on my pain and trauma, out of love for life. Many spiritual teachings will emphasize this perspective. From higher dimensions, our orientation to identity, choice, and possibility shifts and so does our sense of meaning. From the perspective of the absolute reality, we simply experience so that we can experience. This spectrum of consciousness provides a spectrum of meaning. The higher meaning will never get rid of lower meaning. It is not designed for one dimension to dominate or invalidate the others. Instead, there is a symphony of meaning and perspective, which allows one to both be free, impersonal, care deeply, experience gain and loss, and the fragility of human development, all in the same life. How does that sound and feel to you?

@@blaisehere Thank you for this answer. It took me some time to rebalance myself with it. The topic of suffering evokes a multitude of emotions. Until a connection is made and they are held, the spectrum of consciousness is not like a rainbow but one dominant color. And maybe that is something I see within me and so many teachings - one dominant color trying to overshadow the others. We are used to picking one thing over the other and running away from so many things. For example, when a baby is crying we hold it NOT to cry. But crying is necessary - it's just best when you are held not shushed. Ok, I'm going too far:) Anyway, your perspective is inspring and inviting to be with. Thanks again!

@@dorkador "I see within me and so many teachings - one dominant color trying to overshadow the others. We are used to picking one thing over the other and running away from so many things." Yes. This is a very rich topic, and something that I spend a lot of time considering. Thanks for sharing your experience.

How did awareness become birthed in nonexistence?
@blaisehere
@blaisehere Ай бұрын
I think it's great to be curious about this. I consider a curiosity about this level of reality to be an achievement in itself. For many years, I couldn't hold my focus here, and it didn't make any sense to me. Then I began to wonder "why is there any experience at all?". I don't know if I can give you a satisfying answer to this question. Maybe one thing I could say is that awareness exists for the same reason as everything else in reality--every blade of grass, every thought, every sensation. It is one impulse.
