I bought it last week for the first time (3.25%). DELICIOUS. I still used it as a base for my home made protein shakes though. Ha. SUPER PROTEIN.

Like this book very much. So much good so I won’t throw out the baby with the bath water despite that I agree with your criticisms/critiques. One other critique I has is that while most people seem to be naturally better with moderation (temperance) and not as good with total abstinence. Just like how a minority of people are introverts (but shy ambiverts/shy extroverts often think of themselves of introverts) there’s a minority of people who a naturally great abstainers and poorer moderaters by comparison. Almost anyone can train either one they are not as good as in to progress from poor-to-mediocre, mediocre-to-fair/decent enough, or decent-to-pretty good -- they’re typically still naturally better at one instead of perfectly balanced Having abstentions (forbidden foods) makes sense for naturally very good//great/phenomenal abstainers. For some people that’s soda/sugary soft drinks; for others it is alcoholic beverages, for others it’s many kinds of meat, for some people it’s industrially refined breads - they just can’t moderate to the levels where it’s healthful for them to still be consuming. So if there’s no significant drawbacks to self imposed prohibition then it’s gonna be fine sometimes.

This actually comes out cheaper than buying a comparable protein powder. Thanks as a skinny guy, this would be better for me than powder anyway. Just don’t like the added sugar

I swear they changed these. I bought some today, for the first time in like 4 years, and the one I opened had so little ice cream in it. I came to check old vids on youtube to see if I was just remembering wrong, but no. Every single video I've seen seems to have like double the amount of ice cream. Since the the weight is the same I assume they just changed the way they prepare the ice cream, maybe it has less air in it now, but damn do they look tiny now. They also changed to an opaque wrapping so you won't be disappointed when you glance at your freezer and see how small they look.

To your point of eccentric strengthening, and in relation to HIIT high rep deadlift workouts, wouldn't it save energy to drop after each rep and completely bypass the eccentric load associated with lowering the bar? Also reducing the risk of injury at higher speeds. -crossfitting physical therapist

Best solution to this is not to do heavy high rep deadlifts.

The chocolate milk sucks. Get whole milk and add chocolate milk powder. It's not so creamy and silky .... aka slimey.

All my whole milk was sold out so I bought Fairlife. I loved it. It's the best tasting milk. Now, it's usually sold out. I usually add two cans of condensed milk, heavy cream or a lot of NIDO.

I am absolutely in love with the fat free milk, I shoot for 40percent protein a day and was having trouble hitting that even with protein powder, since I found this milk I’ve been able to surpass 40% each day with ease and have ditched my protein powder
