19 years ago i got my secondary school certificate can i still use it to apply for the Italy vocational school ,am asking because of the year and the age

Regarding studying Malta Good afternoon Mr Ade, I check the site you mentioned, they only say mode of delivery : Online, which means no face to face classes, and with this one can't get visa approval. We appreciate your efforts but kindly provide us with first hand information if you want to really help sir, n not to your own gain alone.
