you can go with family...that word easy sounds like bean cake and No its no longer bean cake...Portugal is now the top most relocation destination so nothing is easy about them again...but if you tarry and follow all of their update you will get your own appointment

If your question is what I think it is...the school is ranked and rated in Portugal and their certificate is accepted all over the world....But in world university ranking...the 2 schs are not yet ranked

there is no big deal about HND application...the same way you can apply with BSc is the same way you will apply for HND...but verifying each degree documents is the one that require more effort especially from Nigerian students....it is difficult but not impossible...cos many HND students are here studying
