Yea go to Verizon for and upgrade and get a phone that's still 2 years old! And some salesman trying to get you to spend more money! Then have to wait for the two year old phone to charge up to finish your visit!

Verizon - The TV+ Network Status screen has a message basically indicating the best signal is obtained when using the dedicated TV-SSID network. Nobody is going to know what that means, and the Fold out and QR code instructions do not make any mention of a dedicated TV-SSID when doing the initial setup. "If you’re using the Verizon Fios Router, the Fios TV+ should connect automatically to a specific Wi-Fi network (SSID) optimized to work with your Fios TV+" - is listed on the FIOS website upon search (not the set up instructions), but no mention anywhere on the site on how to set it up, since Had to use ChatGPT. Get your shit together VZ

Worst company every to deal with been a Wi-Fi internet customer plus 2 apple I phones highest plan they have for each for 4 yrs my router is outdated it’s only 4g contacted them to upgrade and was told NO unless I add another phone line for $10” a month wtf I guess it’s time to look at or T-Mobile because Verizon doesn’t card to keep a long time customer

After THREE attempts to ACTUALLY talk with a customer service rep, the auto bot disconnected me each time..I'll be returning Verizons wi-fi boxes tomorrow.. Spectrum is a bit pricier but i'll stick with them.!
