I went to get one and they needed to rewire to install a new router so I canceled the order. If your router is fine, I found it works ok with this new set top box.

NO. you only get one if it was necessary. If they didn't send one, then you don't need one. Skip to 4:49 find out how to connect the boxes they sent.

verizon o verimierda? la señal siempre esta fallando, hay situaciones donde no hagarran los datos para nada y te muestra que si, en ocaciones ah tardado hasta 6 horas. esto ya es mucho. por que no harreglan nada. si tienen la oportunidad de cambiarse, Haganlo.👎🏽

Because people are stupid and it's basically the same procedure for each set top box
