Already had a fair amount in a waist pack I was running with but I'll need to work something out for the next one lol. What an amazing event it was. The suppoet was unbelievable and so many peope cheering us on. My time wasn't too bad and the last time I did a 10km run was about 20 years ago so long overdue lol. @LinoandLine Wow what a lovely comment. Imma Glasgow boy nut I've fallen in love a bit with Edinburgh all over again. I actually have more Edinburgh videos to put out which I hope you will enjoy. I've done some live streams and some shorts and all in my Edinburgh playlist but every corner holds a story or secret. Last time I was through was a week or 2 ago and chatted to lovely people from Cornwall and Pittsburgh and it was so nice to chat about a place the world loves so much. It's actually not Scorlands first capital city. It's actually Dunfermline but Edinburgh now holds that badge. Haggis is amazing and try it on different foods to mix it up..like Haggis pizza yummmm lol So much history so little time to explore it all so videos like this help I guess. @SeeScotland What a day we all had for it. The vibe at atmosphere was amazing and seriously considering doing the Glasgow 10km or even the half marathon which kind of scares me lol. I hadn't run a 10km since I was in my early 20s..I'm now 40 so it's been a while ahahah. The buddies of Paisley came out in force to help and cheer us on. @TerryMcGearyScotland Yeah my work mates were doing it and they were all legends. We all supported each other every step. The sun came out. The Buddies of Paisley came out to cheer and support and it was such a wonderful event. I only had 3 hrs sleep so working on that just ran on purr adrenaline and support. Wasn't doing it for any charity but considering doing the 10km or half marathon in Glasgow in October 🏃‍♂️👟👟😭🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🥃🥃🥃

It used to have what I thought was rugby posts but it made no sense why they were there as its marsh ground next to water then a few years back someone told me they used to burn witches from a structure that looked like a rugby post there's a lot of history in that area it always had a darkness to the whole area

There's a place over the back of it that we called old gretas we always thought it was haunted as kids it looks like the ruin of an old church i think goin by the architecture

@janettewhitelaw4734 it's now been dropped and flattened make way for flats. Glasgow is a frustrating place at times. Bad decisions by councils and lack of footflow or parking or money put into it with events makes people not want to pass through so it's an accumulation of many things. Some parts of Glasgow get a look and others councils turn a blind eye to the costnof regeneration. Thanks for watching. 👍😃🥃🥃

@alan6056 Nothing to do with this whatsoever. It's about caring for a community area way too late which private landowners and councils don't care about. People shopping elsewhere or not looking closer to home how they can look after their streets. We drive foreign cars, we go to banks owned by overseas companies, we eat lovely oversees food everyday, we wear clothes made by European or far east companies and we enjoy these things. So shopping centres going like this is on councils, then local community not being listened to and greedy private landowners letting the ground rot absolutely nothing to do with immigration thanks for watching 👍

Apologies this was a bit of a longer one but I was walking around it all day and showing the new side in my last video and the old side on this one and had to show as much of the place as possible. @T.robPrairie hi Rob. Edinburgh is just full of wonderful stories. It was really busy but when the Fringe Festiva rolls into town in August the place is nuts. So many tourists and performers. I'm afraid I don't know enough about the place and need to read more on it. The next time you are over Edinburgh is definitely a must and tbh you can do as much walking around there as you can on a hike in the countryside lol. It's all the small details I like, like the sign of Deacon Brodie and the Heart of Midlothian outside St Giles where people were taken to the gallows. It's my first time actually booking a show ( Comedy puppet show called Randy Feltface - So funny) and maybe through with Terry for our yearly fringe Fest extravaganza lol. Its an absolute blast and you see some sights ...new and old. Cannot wait. Glasgow needs that sort of atmosphere to give it a bit of pizzaz. Edinburgh here we come ahahah.
