This is the God who can use anyone, any situation, any moment, for His glory and for our good. Now isn’t the time for us to shrink back in fear or despair. Instead, it’s an opportunity for us to step forward with the boldness and hope we find in Christ Jesus. It’s a time for us to engage in spiritual battle, lifting up our nation, its leaders, and every person in prayer. We know how powerful the body of Christ can be when we stand together, united in purpose. I haven’t shed a tear, nor do I feel weighed down by worry, because I know we serve a God who is greater than anything we face. I serve a Savior who walks with us even in the hardest moments, who stands by our side in the trenches. I don’t mean to dismiss anyone’s hurt or fears; please know that isn’t my intention. I simply want to encourage my fellow believers that God is far bigger than any of this. This is a moment to lean on Him, to let our faith be strengthened, and to find peace in knowing He is right here with us.

And pray for the young lady that was hospitalized after a white gut got out his car to approach her with her child in the car. He felt entitled emboldened to do what he wanted to do with this young woman sitting in her car. She even told him to not approach because she was a licensed gun carrier. And he still trespassed on her property and her space. He snatched phone from inside her car. She does have him on video. But for now maybe we need to stay away from the news for a while. I am.

It’s heartbreaking that you had to leave the continent just to be treated like a human being instead of being gaslit and dismissed. I genuinely hope that if you’re able to get pregnant, you can have your labor and delivery experience in Germany. You already know how things are here in the U.S., where women often face dismissal and if you’re a Black woman, it’s even worse. It’s just an absolute mess.
