I have question. When skill says "Every 30 sec, buff owner by 23 sec.", What is the downtime of this skill? 7 sec or 30 sec? (Assumes that no other buff intervened)

(Crit with bonuses - Crit Res with bonuses)/((Crit with bonuses - Crit Res with bonuses) + 666.66) to get the crit chance. Then just compare that at different Crit Res values. Crit Res with bonuses is base Crit Res + flat bonuses like equipment, then multiply all that by percentage bonus like NY. Haruka's EX. Same formula for Crit.
