I think the detail i like the most is when Viktor blows off all the rooms of his siblings with the Young versions of them in it in the last episode of Season 1 he blows off every Single sibling besides Five (he doesn’t appear in this scene) I like to think that’s because five was the only one who treated him like an equal and a human being at the time. And also in the later seasons especially season 3 you see them together a lot and I think they trust each other the most

The writers fumbling this narrative arc is the main reason why I don't consider the Legend of Korra to be canon.

Ben's always had a lot of his dad in him. I love how he finally embraces it at the end of TROS (especially when he does the "Solo shrug").

It's funny because Vanya/Viktor remembers young Five as a brother, who she truly loved and trusted. Five remembers her as his sister, who was sweet, genuine with no agenda, and who brought out his soft side. However, at this point in the show, they must be equally terrified and horrified by each other. Vanya/Viktor causes two apocalypses that Five has to live through or witness. Five essentially becomes a serial killer, justifying his actions as necessary to prevent the apocalypse that his sibling inadvertently causes. They're equally dangerous, holding on to their morals by a string. They are both outcasts, and they're both constantly on the verge of becoming villains. They are each others closest friend and worst nightmare. I really hope they explore and develop their character dynamic further in season 4 because it's pivotal to the series.
