Why do people except the obvious salary cap cheating in the NRL. A salary cap cannot work without a draft which is proven in most major sports codes around the world. Yep sign him for $600,00 but we will give you a Job selling raffle tickets for 200,000 a year when you retire. Or maybe we will have a cheque in the safe for a million and you can come grab it when you retire. The game is manipulated, managed and controlled from the refs, judiciary, salary cap upwards.

How can he resign to another club for half of his market value? Lac Lomax wasn,t allowed to do it so why is this cane toad allowed to do it. NRL needs to go over this contract with a fine tooth comb. Some scullduggery afoot here me thinks. And he wont knock on in an nrl grand final again because he will never play in an nrl grand final again the footy gods will see to that.

@@fantomghost6213 Ben Hunt has been on $950,000 per year so how can he now be valued at only $550,000 per season when he comes to the broncos? doh I wouldn,t give two bob per season for him, that,s what I think he is worth he might have won a couple of chook raffles but not much else. The point being the Broncos are blatantly rorting the system to get him there for that price and the NRL should not sign off on it. Exceptional talent but in the twilight of his career him at 6 and reynolds at 7 will be like dads army I would expect and be targets for wide running mobile big forwards. Also wouldn,t expect Adam Reynolds to last a full season the way injuries have shortened his playing time in the last few seasons.

Mitchell Pearce gets 8 weeks suspension and $125,000 fine for doing something absolutely harmless and actually kinda funny with a dog . We have all seen worse . Ezra Mams driving without a license, coked out of his head and crashing his car into innocent people and children .. I mean get real here or as usual the NRL will be a joke and it will all be forgotten in a matter of weeks .
